     All of our programs are results orientated. This means we'll provide a progress report for you every group of sessions you've been though to track your progress and keep you moving in the right direction.

#1 Active Living Program
 
     This program was originally designed to improve the daily life of the aging adult.  The focus  is on restoring normal movement and stability to the joints.  In doing so the client is better able to perform the tasks of daily living and beyond.
     This is not an exercise program performed in a gym.  This is a therapeutic program performed in a quiet, professional office so there is no intimidation factor or social scene.  You will not be pushed to your limit to sweat and work hard, just your active participation working with your practitioner is necessary. If you are working out, this program will serve as a perfect complement.

#2 Healing Mechanics
 
     As muscular specialists we will objectively analyze and correct the muscular imbalances that correlate with your specific issues.  A decrease in range of motion is one of the bodies first orders of business upon injury.  This change results in a muscular imbalance.  Eliminating that imbalance will rapidly speed up the healing process and get you feeling better faster.  You should experience significant changes within the first few sessions.  Results will vary based on the severity of the injury, the length of time its been a problem and other individual factors.

#3 Performance Biomechanics
 
    Athletes of all kinds benefit from improved biomechanics.  Biomechanics is the discipline which studies how forces are transmitted through the body.  Better force transmission means better performance, injury prevention, and faster recovery from injury.
     Until recently, this discipline was largely ignored and not very well understood.  With the advent of Muscle Activation Techniques, this is an ever expanding field that is keeping athletes and everyday people alike at their best.
